We Need Your Help–Come Volunteer with Us
The Novant Health Maya Angelou Women's Health & Wellness Center has improved the quality of life in the community for more than a century by offering compassionate patient care, along with the latest medical innovations and knowledge. We succeed because of the support of our community. There are many opportunities where you can help the Novant Health Maya Angelou Women's Health & Wellness Center and give back, whether as a monetary gift or your time as a volunteer.
Volunteers make up the backbone of our community. Our volunteers value helping others, knowing they are making a difference in another person's life. Anyone can volunteer—just ask us! Volunteer roles include, but are not limited to, customer service at reception and information centers, visiting patients to offer non-medical assistance or emotional support, providing logistical assistance with directions and transportation, supporting the gift shop and other customer areas.
